No refunds. For sanitary/hygiene reasons we cannot accept or restock the hair once it has been shipped. We also do not offer order cancellations if the order has been processed or shipped.
We do have an exchange program, we will only exchange items purchased directly from XYZ Bundles. Your item(s) must be approved for an exchange BEFORE initiating an exchange. Please note our strict exchange policy:
1) The customer must contact XYZ Bundles BEFORE attempting to return the item at xyzbundles@gmail.com (or using the form below) so we can validate and record your transaction, we will then provide an 'Exchange Only' address.
2) The item(s) must be in its original state, unopened and unaltered. Exchanges must be initiated with XYZ Bundles within 4 days (including non-business days) of customer receiving the product. Due to a complete inspection process, it may be subject to 7 days of processing time.
3) The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, we advise adding trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee we received the item.
